Refund & Cancellation Terms
We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for all guests. Please review the terms below carefully, as they apply to all confirmed reservations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in
Guests are entitled to a 90% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation 7 to 13 days before check-in
Guests are entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Date changes up to 4 days before check-in
Reservation dates may be changed up to 4 days before check-in, subject to availability and approval. Any rate differences may apply.
Additional Information
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and typically require 5 to 10 business days. In cases of reservation changes, availability and revised pricing are not guaranteed until confirmed.
