The apartment is fully renovated and has a large private balcony. Enjoy the lavish master bedroom with king-size bed and marble ensuite bathroom. This apartment is perfect escape for a couple or family with one child who want to explore the Athenian Riviera. It is 5 minutes walking distance from Astir Beach and Four Seasons hotel as well as Vouliagmeni Square. It is a lovely space to unwind and relax in the south of Athens.
The space
The apartment has one bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and lovely living room with a sofa and pull out single mattress bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious marble bathroom with a rainfall shower. It is fully equipped with linens, beach towels and snacks and beverages.

The apartment is located on a quiet street with street parking available. The shops, restaurants and beach are 5-10 minute walking distance.

One of the best stays I’ve had on Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and proactive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Check-in was seamless, and I really appreciated that the apartment had ramps and a lift—super convenient for anyone with big luggage. The apartment itself was perfect: tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk to a stunning beach. It truly felt like a home away from home, with so many thoughtful touches throughout. The space was ideal for two people, with plenty of room to relax and unwind—it felt like our own little resort house. The furnishings were tasteful, the bed and bedding were super comfortable, and everything was spotless. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would absolutely come back!

Perfect 1 BR apartment a short walk from the beach in Vouliagmeni. The space was clean and had everything needed for a solo or stay as a couple. Communication was very clear and the host was flexible with check in/out. I would highly recommend staying here!
